We hope you are happy with your product. If you are not, feel free to return it within 15 days of your receipt for an exchange or full refund. Please email us at support@usell-mart.com or call us for a return authorization number before returning the merchandise.

* * Items returned without a return authorization number will be refused at the warehouse and returned to the sender.


Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouse. No returns will be accepted more than 15 days after an RA# has been issued. We suggest that you return the item by using either UPS or FedEx Ground or any other carrier that can track and insure its packages. We must be able to verify return receipt with a tracking number prior to issuing a credit.

Merchandize Return Condition

We are unable to accept returns on soiled or damaged shells. We cannot be responsible for merchandise once it has left our hands, all claims must be made to the delivering carrier. Return items must be done so within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. 25% restocking charge will be deducted from the products cost.

Canceling your Order
Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If delivery is refused on a non-defective order the shipping charges for sending the package back to us will be deducted from your credit because we are charged for the return from UPS and FedEx.
