The sea shell is white to pale and sometimes reddish-brown with three brown bands. Edges of the varices and aperture are bright orange-pink. This seashell is common from the Gulf of California to Peru at depths down to 50M. Also great for Hermit Crabs. The hermit crab opening measures approx. 1" in diameter
